While Labor Day itself is on Monday, the holiday fun begins Friday morning at the Bolton Landing Farmers Market in the Cross Street parking lot from 9am until 2pm. This market specializes in farm fresh produce and other goods produced around the region. This Friday’s Farmers Market will have an Apple Cider Festival, which includes apple cider making for the kids, free apple pie, and music with the Heard Band.

The fun continues on September 1st-3rd in the Cross Street parking lot from 10am until 2pm with the arts & crafts festival.

The highlight of Labor Day Weekend in Bolton Landing on Lake George is the Master Cylinders performance in Rogers Memorial Park at 5pm on Sunday evening. The Master Cylinders will rock Rogers Memorial Park for three exciting hours, playing their blend of rock, soul, dance, and pop tunes. The evening will end with a fireworks show over Lake George.

The fun doesn’t end at these Labor Day events. Bolton Landing on Lake George has a lot to offer even on the last major weekend of the summer. Marinas will still be renting boats, restaurants will be serving juicy burgers and cold beers in the sun, local hiking trails will be beautiful, and the shops will be open. There’s no reason to go anywhere else for your Labor Day Weekend getaway.
