Not only could this be a great bonding experience, but with the amazing pictures you're sure to get, this will be a life-long memory worth framing. The Lake George Land and Conservancy is a not-for-profit land trust dedicated to working with willing landowners and other partners to protect the world-renowned water quality of Lake George. Saturday, May 12, from 1pm-4pm they will be hosting a Mother's Day Hike to the Pilot Knob Gazebo. While enjoying the peaceful and scenic views of Lake George, all guests 21 and older will be treated to wine, chocolate and dried fruits. One should note, that the hike is 1.25 miles round trip and the course is moderately challenging. The hike is cost free, although $10 donations are suggested.
