Jodie Seymour is a devoted mother, wife, and accomplished author with over two decades of experience as a special education teacher. Alongside her teaching career, she passionately delves into the world of podcasting with “10 Minutes of Mindful Humaning,” where she shares 10 minute mindfulness practices. Recognizing the profound impact of mindfulness, Jodie founded Strong Roots Coaching Solutions to advocate for and provide mindfulness education and coaching services. Her diverse background enriches her writing, bringing depth and empathy to her work. Through her books and coaching, Jodie aims to empower individuals to cultivate resilience and lead fulfilling lives.
