Make Your Own Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board

On Friday, Nov. 11 Adirondack Winery is hosting a make your own charcuterie board evening with Chef Eric Hudson of Hudson’s Private Chef Services! Chef Eric will walk you through step by step as you build your very own picture-perfect charcuterie board in the private event space of the new Queensbury Tasting Room. He’ll teach you how to pair meats and cheeses, how to create the perfect salami flower, and how to make your board the star of the show at your Thanksgiving festivities.
You’ll build your board on one of our custom wooden logo charcuterie boards, and you even get to take the board home with you! After you complete the board, you of course get to taste all your hard work! You’ll leave the class with an adorable wooden wine bottle charcuterie board, and the skills you need to create a charcuterie board at your holiday festivities that will have everyone talking.
Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends, add on a delicious fall cocktail flight to make the most of your evening! Additional food and drinks are available for purchase at the event.
