LIVING LANDS SERIES: KEEPING THE WILD IN WILDLIFE WITH NANCY KIMBALL

Nancy Kimball, a licensed wildlife rehabilitator will present “Keeping the Wild in Wildlife,” drawing on her 16 years of experience in home-based rehabilitation, specializing in small mammals, adult songbirds and raptors. She is a founding member of North Country Wild Care, a non-profit network of wildlife rehabilitators and has published a memoir of her experiences titled “Possums to Porcupines: The Wild Life of an Adirondack Rehabilitator” She will be accompanied by her non-releasable educational birds.
Join us every Wednesday evening (except for July 4) starting June 27th as the Lake George Land Conservancy, along with Stewart’s Shops, presents our FREE summer series Living Lands. This weekly presentation series will take an exclusive and up-close look at the wildlife and people who utilize the land of Lake George and the Adirondacks, past and present! Presentations begin at 5:30 pm and are held at the LGLC office in Bolton Landing.
