LIVING LANDS SERIES: “AN ADIRONDACK PORTFOLIO” WITH BOB BAYLE
July 11, 2018 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Free
Bob Bayle, author of “An Adirondack Portfolio”, is a retired science teacher and is active in the Glens Falls-Queensbury Historical Society, Chapman Historical Museum and Warren County Historical Society. He will lecture on the photography of his father, Francis Bayle, whose breathtaking photographs chronicled the Adirondack forests, hiking trails, mountain vistas, primitive roadways, rustic structures and local people of the early 20th Century.
Join us every Wednesday evening (except for July 4) starting June 27th as the Lake George Land Conservancy, along with Stewart’s Shops, presents our FREE summer series Living Lands. This weekly presentation series will take an exclusive and up-close look at the wildlife and people who utilize the land of Lake George and the Adirondacks, past and present! Presentations begin at 5:30 pm and are held at the LGLC office in Bolton Landing.
Many thanks to Stewart’s Shops for sponsoring our 2018 series! Registration is required and is available at www.lglc.org/events-and-programs/.
