Bolton Landing New York and the immediate Adirondack and Lake George regions offer a vast array of activities throughout the year. Outdoor concerts are fun for the whole family as you listen to the various music styles under the Adirondack stars. Theater and Lecture series appeal to our more mature visitors, and our festivals and fairs keep us all young at heart! LGLC Paint & Sip

Join the LGLC for a Paint & Sip at our office to help you shake off the winter cold and gear up for spring! Artist and teacher Patrice Jarvis-Weber will teach a beginner painting class appropriate for adults as well as children 10 and up.
The subject matter for the painting will be the Trillium, a beautiful native Adirondack wildflower which is known to appear in April and May and heralds the onset of spring. The class will last about 1.5-2 hours and participants will take home a finished piece of art using acrylic paints on an 8″ x 10″ stretched canvas.
The class size will be limited to 15 people and the cost is $20 per person, covering all materials and painting supplies.
Should the class need to be cancelled, an alternative date of Thursday, May 9th will be used. Advance registration is required.
Patrice Jarvis-Weber has been organizing and teaching art in our area for over 20 years. She has taught children and adults in libraries, art centers, and senior centers. Among those facilities are LARAC, Saratoga Arts, and World Awareness Children’s Museum. In addition she led workshops at Glens Falls YMCA After School Care, SUNY Adirondack, BOCES, and Double H Ranch. Her focus is to introduce art to those who have never done it before.
