Barrel Aged Bourbon and Cab Night with our Wine Maker & Distiller

Blend the worlds of bourbon and wine with Adirondack Winery’s Bourbon and Wine Pairing Night! In honor of the release of their Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon, they’re teaming up with American Oak Distilling to take you into the world of bourbon and wine.
David Smith, owner of American Oak Distilling, and Brad Casacci, the Winemaker at Adirondack Winery, will talk to you about how the Bourbon Aged Cabernet Sauvignon was made and what makes it stand out from their other wines. You’ll get to enjoy a custom flight with their regular Cabernet Sauvignon, the brand-new Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon, American Oak Distilling Double Barrel Bourbon, and a Cab Sauv cocktail. Each sample will also have a food item perfectly paired to help you bring out the flavors in the bourbon and wine.
The experience will take place directly in the Winemaking Facility in their barrel area, the exact same spot the wine was aged. The Winemaker at Adirondack Winery, Brad, will even give you a tour of the Winemaking Facility so you can see exactly where all the magic happens!
