Lake George and Bolton Landing New York Area Events and Activities
Bolton Landing New York and the immediate Adirondack and Lake George regions offer a vast array of activities throughout the year. Outdoor concerts are fun for the whole family as you listen to the various music styles under the Adirondack stars. Theater and Lecture series appeal to our more mature visitors, and our festivals and fairs keep us all young at heart! 3rd Annual Amy’s Race
September 28, 2019 @ 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
$25 – $30
A true trail run, this 4.5-mile race course follows trails throughout Amy’s Park in Bolton, including up a mountain, over bridges and through the beautiful woods surrounding an active beaver pond. Awards ceremony, raffle prizes, and after party. LGLC.org/events-and-programs/amys-race

Where: Race– Amy’s Park Preserve, 887 Padanarum Road, Bolton Landing, NY.
After Party– Bolton Landing Brewing Company, 4933 Lake Shore Drive, Bolton Landing NY
Length of Race: 4.5 miles/7.2 kilometers (taking some suggestions from last year’s feedback, the committee has updated the course to include only the trails of Amy’s Park. This shortens the course slightly but keeps the entire course on the trail.)
Course: 4.5 miles/7.2 kilometers of trail with some narrow sections, steep sections and bridge crossings; runners should take caution throughout as trail has rocks, leaves, roots and more- see Amy’s Park Preserve for more information.
Cost: Early Bird Registration: $25, Day of Registration: $30 (Please plan to pay in cash if possible if you plan on registering the day-of the race)
This event is brought to Bolton by the Lake George Land Conservancy’s NextGeneration Committee, a volunteer group of local men and women who are passionate about protecting the land and the lake and are committed to creating and organizing innovative, engaging events for the Conservancy and for the communities surrounding Lake George.
