Every day is an event at Fort Ticonderoga and every year is a new experience. Fort Ticonderoga is the only site in America that tells a new story each year through dynamic historical interpretation. This year, discover the real story of 1757! Experience Fort Carillon (later named Fort Ticonderoga) bustling with activity with French soldiers, native warriors, and cannon preparing to take fight for New France all the way up Lake George. Daily programming brings to life this epic story through guided tours, soldiers’ life programs, historic trades, soldiers’ gardening, and hands-on family activities.

Your adventure awaits! Experience Fort Ticonderoga by water during a 90-minute narrated boat cruise aboard the Carillon. Awake your senses by exploring the beautiful King’s Garden. Savor the spectacular beauty and remarkable view atop Mount Defiance! Explore one of North America’s finest collections of 18th-century military material culture, featuring “’Sarah Pell’s Struggle for History and Human Rights.” Immerse yourself in an epic battle re-enactment, such as the 1758 Battle of Carillon Re-enactment on July 22 & 23. Travel the historic La Chute waterway in a rented canoe. Adventure through towering corn stalks in our seasonal corn maze, with a new 2017 design. Spend the day, rain or shine! Fort Ticonderoga is open daily from May 6 through October 29, 2017 from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm. Special events and programs are offered throughout the year. General admission tickets can be purchased online at www.fortticonderoga.org or on site at the admissions booth upon entry. Members of Fort Ticonderoga and Ticonderoga Resident Ambassador Pass holders are admitted free of charge. Combination tickets for admission and Carillon boat cruises are available. Two-day admission tickets and group rates are available at a discounted rate.
