Camp Hope is fully furnished, an enclosed porch in front and a Adirondack theme balcony over looking views of Lake George. A beautiful cobbled pavers surround half the house with a jacuzzi hot tub and a gas grill. At the south side of Camp Hope there is a landscaped manicured yard with a pergola to sit around and enjoy day or night.

FIRST FLOOR Well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, granite counter tops, dining room table, Double dishwasher, Living Room with 55 inch screen, stone fireplace and pellet stove in enclosed porch. The kitchen also includes a wood stove to enjoy especially in the winter. 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds, plenty of closet space. 1 bedroom with double beds. All bedrooms have California closets throughout. Cable, wireless internet, Washer and dryer. SECOND FLOOR- Bedroom with skylight and a private full bath, a 2nd full size kitchen with vaulted ceilings, and wood stove,skylights, and walk out balcony deck and pull out bed couch, Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and skylight window.

There is plenty of room outside to run around, play games and sit near the fire pit.

Just outside your door, you’ll find plenty of activities for you and the family in and around the resort community of Bolton Landing, New York. In the warmer season, you have access to beautiful town beaches, charter a fishing boat, rent a party boat or jet skis and spend a afternoon on the lake swimming and taking in the views of the Lake George and its many islands on the multiple hiking trails that are perfect for all ages and abilities .

If you are an avid fisher, spend the time to enjoy some of the best fishing of lake trout and land-locked salmon in the northeast.

For you golf lovers, take advantage of of the legendary Sagamore Golf Course just next door. Golf Digest has rated this course the “5th Best Public Golf Courses in New York.” and Conde Nast confirms it a top U.S. resort Course. The Sagamore’s championship golf course has also been names one of the “Best Golf Resorts in the Americas” by Golf Digest (2016) and ranked among the top 100 resort Golf Courses in America in Golfweek’s Ultimate Guide (2016).

During the summer, take a trip to Saratoga Springs and enjoy during track season Saratoga’s Race Track. Saratoga’s racetrack is the oldest racetrack in the country.

Fall foliage is spectacular beginning in September for all the leaf peepers and the well known Balloon Festival in the same month launching over 50 hot air balloons.

Oktoberfest is also a great time to enjoy great drinks and German food.

During the colder months Gore Mountain and West Mountain are 30 min or less away to enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tubing down the mountain. Gore Mountain offers more skiable acres than any other mountain in NY State.
